Don has stepped away from his computer for a second, so I will slip my input into this letter.
I am having a blast with all of the dogs who come here. I am a service dog in training, so I am supposed to be socialized with people and pets. I know I am supposed to be friendly and I seek attention all the time, but I must also respect your distance. So I am not one to bother you, unless at any point in our relationship you have offered me a treat. I am like an elephant in this regard, as I will never forget you.
For some, I recognize your car and I beat a quick path to your door when I see you arrive. You can always find me around the clubhouse or equipment shop. Please just holler my name and I will likely come bounding from some direction. I look forward to seeing you many times over this summer and please bring your companions. I love to run around with them before you head onto the course.
Three more months and I head back to Dog Guide University!! Til then, I will catch some rest.
