The Overview

A clear day ahead with no precip on the radars. Yester showed that the radars to not pick up the last minute decision my Mother Nature to throw some snow in the mix. Today, the same opportunity – clear radar, but strong winds out of the NW could bring snow with them. The ski hills are busy as are the snow mobile trails. Winter activities are at their peak. The long cold winter forecast is in the waste bucket and the early spring, thanks to Wiarton Willie, is the new reality.

The Radar Never Lies!

Our opening temperature starts at -5C(-8C) and it will stay at -1C (FL-5C) in the afternoon with some sunshine and then drop to -7C (FL -13C) overnight. Winter is hanging in marginally.
The winds are out of the NW fore most of today at 15kph. Tomorrow they shift to the SE and drop to 5kph. This is snow weather – but the radars show dry. Yesterday showed that Mother Nature makes the call.
