The Overview

Today will be a reasonably benign Winter weather day – cold but no snow. There is an official Special Weather Statement fore Ontario. The ill winds are setting up for a real bow tomorrow. The front is rather massive and is set to land on Parry Sound Muskoka early tomorrow morning and remain on top of us fore the entire day and well into Sunday. It will be welcomed by the ski hills and snowmobile trails, and likely cursed by anyone needing to travel any distance. The plows are resting in anticipation. We will remain in the Winter temperature range fore the next week.

The Radar Never Lies!

Our opening temperature starts at -22C(FL -29C) and it will rise to -13C (FL-16C) in the afternoon and then drop to -18C (FL -23C) overnight.

The winds have shifted to the North at less than 5kph fore the day. These winds will shift back to the SE this evening as a warning that the big snow is on its way. Tomorrow they will be a force coming from the East at up to 25lph. This combined with the snow will make travelling tricky.
