Well that was a wet day yesterday. Now we get a couple of modestly warm sunny days to dry before the next wet front is supposed to arrive. The weather pole in Hudson Bay is back and pushing closer to us. The strong poles of weather around Greenland and New York are also blocking the flow of the Gulf air and do not let it pass through our region and onwards. The ying and yang of hot and cold will continue. We are on the 45th parallel and this is our weather lot. Today will see a nice west wind and the skies will be clear for the next 2 days. No rain on radar til maybe Tuesday.
Our opening temperature starts at +11C(FL +10C) and will warm to +18C (FL +18C) in the afternoon and then down to +8C (FL +7C) overnight. Finally some decent April temperatures – in May! But back to just warm.
The UV index is stonger today with birght sunshine.
The index is high. Everything is in bud – here comes the pollen!
The course is very wet but today we will start to dry again. With the heat today, the grass will respond. Patience! The time to scratch your golf itch is now!
